Julie Pickens, FNP-C
I am a graduate of Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been a nurse since 1997 and have worked in various areas of healthcare such as ER, Trauma, Medical/Surgical and Labor and Delivery. I will be providing primary care for patients of all ages at Buffalo Family Practice. Growing up in Teague and living in Buffalo a short time as a child I look forward to serving Buffalo and surrounding area. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren.
James “Jaime” Pickens FNP-C
I am a graduate of Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2011 working in many areas of healthcare such as ER, Trauma, ICU, and the Medical/Surgical Unit. I look forward to providing primary care to patients of all ages at Buffalo Family Practice. Growing up in Teague I have spent countless hours in the Buffalo area hunting with family. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors hunting and working around the family ranch.

I am a graduate of Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. I have been a nurse since 1992 working in ICU, ER and Trauma Units. I look forward to meeting and caring for patients of all ages at Buffalo Family Practice. My roots run deep here in Buffalo area. I was raised in Oakwood and my family has been in this area for generations. I look forward to giving back to the community and serving the people in the area where I was raised. In my spare time I enjoy living in the country on my family ranch with the wildlife, cattle horses cats and dogs.
